Application for Permission to Study Abroad
Please complete all the procedures untill the 20th day 2 (two) months prior to your departure.

Notification of Going Abroad
Submit 2 (two) weeks prior to your departure.
・Format differ according to affiliated department. Please pick up the forms directly at the respective sections as below.
Written Pledge Regarding International Trip
