15th ICFPAM in Penang

June 17-21, 2019

 

We participated in 15th International Conference on Frontiers of Polymers and Advanced Materials (ICFPAM 2019) held at Rainbow Paradise Hotel, Penang, Malaysia.  A PhD student (Ramlee) made a poster presentation, and Tominaga presented resent topics on polymer electrolytes as keynote lectuture.
Ramlee received an Excellent Poster Award at the banquet.  Congratulations!

Fiber Society Annual Meeting in Funabori

June 5-7, 2019

 

We participated in 2019 Annual Meeting of the Society of Fiber Science and Technology held at Tawer Hall Funabori, Tokyo.  Five master students made a poster presentation. Miss Tunesada was the first academic meeting, and did good presentation.
Mr. Hashinokuchi received an Excellent Poster Award at the wine party.  Congratulations!

SPSJ Annual Meeting in Oosaka

May 29-31, 2019

 

We participated in the 68th Annual Meeting of the Society of Polymer Science Japan held at Oosaka International Convention Center.  Four master students made a poster presentation. They were the first academic meeting, and did good presentation.  They got very good experiences through discussions with many attendees.  After the presentation, we enjoyed very popular Oosaka foods in the night.

Guraduation Ceremony & Dinner

Mar. 26, 2019

 

The graduation ceremony and dinner have been held in TUAT with beautiful cherry blossoms under very good weather.  Graduate students of Tominaga Lab. were Li finished his PhD, Kobayashi, Kanno and Sotome (Ms), Inoue, Tsukidate, Hashinokuchi and Rokutani (Bs).  Congratulations!

The 12th International Polymer Conference in Hiroshima

Dec. 4-7, 2018

 

The 12th International Polymer Conference organized by SPSJ was held at the Hiroshima International Conference Hall.  More than 900 participants from more than 20 countries gathered.  From Tominaga Lab, Null, Kobayashi, Kato, Kanno made poster presentation.  Tominaga organized T-4 session with other professors.  We launched at Hiroshima okonomiyaki and teppanyaki at night.

27th Polymer Materials Forum in Funabori

Nov. 21-22, 2018

 

We participated the 27th PMF held at Tower Hall Funabori.  A poster presentation booth for laboratories was set up in a new attempt for the first time.  From Tominaga laboratory, five students participated as the explanatory person.  The posters more than 20 were entered and it was very successful.  In the evening mixer, we had a lot of interactions with corporate participants, university professors, and students.
