I attended the FOREST workshop

I attended the “FOREST Research Forum” held in Ichigaya, which I understand is a venue for emergent researchers to present their progress and network. The other presentations were interesting and inspiring.

The photo shows the hamburger (!) that was served for lunch. Since the instructions said to order a bento box separately, I went ahead and ordered one, but I was surprised to find that a hamburger was actually served as the meeting lunch.
It was from FIREHOUSE near the University of Tokyo, and the taste brought back memories (though I don’t think I’ve eaten there often enough to really say that).

Based on the various comments I received, I hope to keep working hard on my research.
