A paper has been published in Mol Cell!

The paper describes a mechanism for suppressing those pesky transposons that automatically changes its form depending on the specific transposon.

We’ve also issued a press release through the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and the University of Tokyo. I put a lot of effort into writing it so that it’s accessible to people outside the field of biology. Please feel free to give it a read—the content is the same.
