Greetings
Since 1990, I have worked for nearly 30 years in the field of electronic materials, focusing on new product development, new business creation and business operations at Japanese and foreign chemical companies.Around 2012, when I returned to Japan after development task in overseas, I witnessed the decline of Japan's once-strong new material development capabilities. I also realized that the world's innovation model was undergoing significant changes, and Japan was struggling to keep up with them.
Currently, Japan's science-based industry is in decline and drifting without being able to transition to new innovation models.
I believe that now is the time to cultivate human resources who can design Japan's future vision.
