I graduated from another university and joined Suzuki laboratory for the master's course. First, I learned the important thing that we are not only expected to do the tasks assigned by the professors but also to develop our own ideas and think about them by ourselves. You might take this for granted but I was surprised to find out that it is very difficult. However, it is an important ability that is needed after graduating. In Suzuki laboratory, the professors raise us to be talented members of society. I also think that one attractive point is that we study wireless communications which has become an important part of our lives.

I wanted to join Suzuki laboratory because the wireless communication lectures in the bachelor's course sparked my interest. During the lectures we could only study the basics but in the laboratory, we have seminars where we can study it from the fundamentals to applications. Therefore, we can learn about things not understood during the lectures. I also felt that in the laboratory environment you will get good advice when having troubles. You will also learn the good habit of always thinking, "Why is it so?". Moreover, the professors are very enthusiastic and relations between the laboratory members are good, so I think the atmosphere of the Suzuki laboratory is very nice.
