We conducted a demonstration using a turbidimeter for the LAMP primer set designed to detect the banana wilt pathogen.


柏主任研究員(JIRCAS)が農工大に来訪され、
バナナ萎凋病菌検出用LAMPプライマーセットの濁度計を使ったデモ実験を行いました。
本実験で使用した濁度計はUNALMおよびUNASのクリニック(仮称)に向け送付しており、
12月に現地においてActivity1に関するスタッフトレーニングを行う予定となります。

Chief Researcher Kashiwa (JIRCAS) visited Tokyo University of Agriculture
and Technology and conducted a demonstration using a turbidimeter
for the LAMP primer set designed to detect the banana wilt pathogen.
The turbidimeter used in this demonstration has been sent to
the clinics (tentative name) at UNALM and UNAS, where staff training related to
Activity 1 is scheduled to be conducted in December.
