空気分離psaプロセスの解析と最適化

圧力スウィング吸着プロセス(PSA)を設計および運転するには,循環定常状態における操作条件の最適化が非常に重要である.このような運転条件の最適化のためには,プロセスの数学モデルを構築してシミュレーションにより行うのが望ましい.本研究では,数学モデルからPSAの循環定常状態を計算する直接法とPSAプロセスの最適化法を提案し,空気分離を行う実験室規模のPSAプロセスに適用して検証を行った.その結果本手法は,比較的短時間に最適運転条件を決定できることが確認された.
