All participants, including students, are recommended to reserve your accommodation with online booking agency. The nearest station for the venue is "Higashi-Koganei" on JR Chuo line (rapid), about 30 minutes from Shinjuku Station.

Unfortunately, we do not have hotel near the Higashi-Koganei Station.

Close stations, Kokubunji, Musashi-Koganei, Musashi-Sakai, Mitaka and Kichijoji are very convenient for the access to the venue.
