Necessary procedures to use the database
If you are to use the database, please read its conditions of use.
If you agree with the conditions to use the database, please fill in the application form and send it to the following destination with a media to store the database and a self-addressed envelope and five international stamps (for sea mail) or ten international stamps (for air mail). We will use them to mail the media to you so that the envelope must be able to contain it. The database is available in the ASCII text format and the Unipen format and we assume the ASCII text format as default. If you wish to receive the database in the Unipen format, however, please specify the format.
