Observation of Pseudo-PR effect at a zero electric field

Usually high electric field is necessary to observe PR effect, This is serious drawback from the practical view point. Thioxanthene based molecular glass with relatively high glass transition temperature showed pseudo-photorefractive effect without an applied electric field.
