Application

An application form in English in one page of A4 size is required for every paper. An application form must include(1) the title of the paper, (2) names and affiliations of the corresponding author and co-authors, (3) full contactaddress, (4) phone and facsimile numbers, (5) E-mail address, (6) Abstract of about 400 words including concisestatement of objectives, clear description of achieving the objective and precise conclusions of the findings, (7)key words of the covered areas, and (8) One of organized sessions indicated below. The first author who is 35years old or less is recommended to write his or her birthday for the selection of the outstanding youngresearcher award. The application form with the abstract formatted in PDF should be submitted through thefollowing website no later than March 31, 2011: http://www.tuat.ac.jp/~lem21/

Conference registration fee:

Regular registration
  • Until July 31, 2011, JPY 50,000 (JSME member), JPY 55,000 (Non-member)
  • After July 31, 2011, JPY 60,000 (JSME member), JPY 65,000- (Non-member)
  • Student registration: JPY 20,000 (JSME member), JPY 35,000 (Non-member)
If you present two or more papers, an extra paper costs JPY10,000 each. The registration fees except for gStudenth will cover all sessions of the conference, the proceedings, refreshments and banquet. Student registration fee doesnft include only proceedings. Registration fee paid is never refunded. The presenter of a conference paper must complete the registration along with the appropriate payment until July 31, 2011. If not, the paper is refused and is not included in the proceedings. An accompanied person is invited to the banquet. The conference program, venue, transportation, information on hotels and other details will be notified in the conference website:

Paper submission

Technical papers should be written in English and 4 or 6 pages with text, figures, tables and references. The authorfs instruction for paper preparation would be opened in the web site. Excellent papers would be awarded and recommended to the following journals; gJournal of Advanced Mechanical Design, Systems, and Manufacturingh or gInternational Journal of Automation Technologyh. The acceptance of their papers would be decided based on different reviewing process.
