Training in Japan
Steinbeis University Japan training
This is a one-week intensive lecture on German-Japanese business, group work to tackle challenges from middle and small-sized enterprises, and cultural exchange with students from Steinbeis University (MBE) in Germany. The prior study will teach business basics in Japanese and English, and intensive lectures will be conducted in English. 2 credits can be earned as an international subject "International Communication Exercise I, II"
Oversead Training
International Workshop
Conduct workshops in partner universities with local students. Destination and timing vary depending on the year. Prior and post-learning is conducted in Japanese and English, and overseas training is conducted in English. 2 credits can be earned as an international subject "International Communication Exercises I and II".
Training in China
In cooperation with the Sophia University Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we will conduct research on water environment resources in the Black River Basin in northwestern China (Lanzhou, Gansu Province). English is the common language from pre-study to on-site training. 2 credits can be earned as an international subject “International Communication Seminar III, IV” or a social exchange subject “Policy Recommendation I, II”.
※ Students who participate in the above domestic / overseas training can participate as student chief facilitators in the following year.
Overseas laboratory rotation, study abroad, international conferences, etc.
Students belonging to Leading Graduate School are possible to acquire credits by attending international academic conferences, overseas laboratory rotations, study abroad, etc.
