Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration or by bank transfer. Neither checks nor cash are accepted. Registration fee payments must be received prior to the deadline date in order to remain at the current registration rate.

Confirmation
Attendees will receive the final confirmation by e-mail around one two weeks prior to the conference. Please present this confirmation at the Registration Desk at the conference venue as proof of your registration.
Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy
*Change and cancellation can be made online by 17:00 on April 10, 2018 (Japan Standard Time). After that period, a written notification should be sent to ISPE-16 Registration Desk by email at:ispe16@or.knt.co.jp
Cancellation Fee

No refunds will be offered for cancellations of registration received after 5:00 pm on May 9, 2018. Registration fee refunds will be issued only with email sent to ISPE16 Registration Desk before 5:00 pm on May 9, 2018.
