Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration or by bank transfer. Neither checks nor cash are accepted. Accommodation fee payments must be received prior to the date of check-in in order to remain at the current accommodation rate. If you choose credit card, your payment will be charged within one week after May 25, 2018.

After the full payment is confirmed, attendees will receive a confirmation e-mail by the middle of June, 2018. Please save this information as proof of your registration.
Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy
Your reservation cannot be changed online after May 25, 2018. Any change or cancellation of the accommodation booking after May 25, 2018 must be made in email to the ISPE16 Registration Desk (ispe16@or.knt.co.jp).
Until May 25: Please re-login the Registration Online with your ID and Password to make any change or cancellation.
After May 25: Please send us an e-mail at ispe16@or.knt.co.jp.
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm [Japan time] except the national holidays (April 30, May 3-4). After working hours, cancellation will be made next working day, which may incur charges.
