includes:

*To participants of GJSE-8:

On April 26 (Sun.), an optional lunch box can be served for JPY 1,000. If you need one, please order it by selecting the checkbox in the Registration Form.

Confirmation of Registration

To Participants from Overseas:
When your registration form is received, the symposium secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Registration bearing your registration number by E-mail.
Please present the registration number at the registration desk and pay the registration fee in cash.

To Participants from Japan:
When your registration form is received, the symposium secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Registration by E-mail. Please note that the Confirmation Letter of Registration does not mean your payment is received.
When your payment is received, the symposium secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Payment by E-mail.
The receipt will be provided on-site, but if you need the receipt prior to the symposium, please contact the symposium secretariat.
